RATES

  • The special contracted WWI rate is available for rooms for three nights: September 02, 03, and 04 (check-in Tuesday September 02, 2025 and checkout Friday September 05, 2025).
  • The contracted room rate is $220, plus tax (15.6%) and visitor’s tax (2.3%), per night
  • This room rate is also available on a space-available basis only for 3 the three nights prior (August 30, 31, and September 01), as well as the three nights after (September 05, 06, 07).
  • A one-night credit card guarantee is required, with the balance due at checkout.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to date of scheduled arrival; otherwise a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax will be automatically charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
  • Reservations are not transferable.
  • To receive our deeply-discounted rate, reservations for available rooms must be made no later than Tuesday, 12 August 2025.
  • Keep in mind that rooms may be sold out prior to then, so book early.

RESERVATIONS

A 1-night deposit is required, with the balance due at checkout. Please DO NOT USE hotel booking sites such as Priceline, Hotels.com, etc., as World Wings has contracted for a specific number of rooms for which we must pay if unused. Questions? Please read these instructions about booking the hotel. (It’s not quite as intuitive as one might expect.)

  1. Click the Blue Button at the bottom of this page. It will open a link at the Marriott site and you will see a box that clearly labels the booking as World Wings.
  2. Select your preferred check-in and check-out dates, then click the Check Availability button.
  3. The default is one guest, one room. If you will have two people in the room, click the little down arrow by 1 Room 1 Adult and click the appropriate “+” button to increase the count.
  4. You cannot select a “type” of room (king or 2 doubles) from this screen. You will indicate your choice later in the booking process.
  5. If you have made a change to the number of people, click the “Update Stay Details” button.
  6. When you are satisfied that the dates and number of people are correct, click the “Select” button.
Complete Your Booking with the following steps:

  1. Fill in your name, email, and postal address. If you have a Marriott Bonvoy number, enter that as well.
  2. The buttons to create a Bonvoy account and accept Marriott communications are checked by default. You may uncheck them if you wish.
  3. Fill in your credit card information.
  4. Skip the Travel Agent section.
  5. Click the little down arrow to expose the “Room Requests and Accessibility” section, where you can specify accessibility needs, types of pillows, room location, extra towels, etc.
  6. Find the box for “Any Special Requests or Needs”. Enter “Need two beds” or “King bed.”
  7. Click the “Apply” button.
  8. Click the “Book Now” button.
  9. The hotel monitors the WWI reservations and assigns rooms accordingly.
