• The special WWI rate is available for rooms for check-in Wednesday September 02, 2025 through checkout Friday September 05, 2025.
• The room rate is $215, plus tax (15.6%) and visitor’s tax (2.3%), per night
• The rate is also available on a space-available basis for 3 nights August 30, 31, and September 01.
• For those coming to the gala only, the rate is available, on a space-available basis for 3 nights September 05, 06, and 07.
• A 1-night credit card guarantee is required, with the balance due at checkout.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to date of scheduled arrival; otherwise a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax will be automatically charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
• Reservations are not transferable.
• To receive our deeply-discounted rate, reservations for available rooms must be made no later than Tuesday, 12 August 2025.
• Keep in mind that rooms may be sold out prior to then, so book early.
