REGISTRATION DETAILS
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

First, read this page carefully for important information. We recommend that you also read the General Information page for additional details about the convention.

  • Registration is limited to active members of World Wings, other former Pan Am employees, and their guests.
    World Wings Members: On the registration form, include your chapter or MAL affiliation and your guest’s information if they are NOT a former PAA flight attendant. If your guest is a former PAA flight attendant, they must be an active member of WWI and must register separately.
    Other Former Pan Am Employees: On the registration form, include “PAA” and your department/work location in the chapter box.

  • Select the WAIT LIST events you want to attend, as well as those for your guest(s), if any. WAIT-LISTED events will display as “WAIT LIST” in your registration email. WE WILL NOT BILL OR INVOICE YOU FOR WAIT-LISTED EVENTS UNTIL SPACE OPENS.
  • When you are ready, go to the bottom of the page and click the blue registration button. Required fields are marked with an asterisk * . If you do not fill out the required fields, you will not be able to submit. Scroll back up and look for an orange message regarding an incomplete entry. Be sure to check the “I’m Not a Robot” box. (Members who are logged into the WWI website will not see the Robot message.)
  • You can register yourself and up to three (3) guests. On the line asking for the TOTAL number of guests, please do NOT include yourself.
  • Please review your information for accuracy before submitting. We frequently see errors in names, phones, and emails, all of which require extra time figuring out how to contact you.
  • When you register online, a copy of the registration will be sent to the email address you entered on the registration.

Upon receipt of your registration, the convention team will add your name to the WAIT LIST.
If space becomes available, we will send you an invoice for the amount due. Payment is due upon receipt.

  • The person registering pays for both self and guest(s).
  • Each member and each guest attending any part of the convention must pay a registration fee, which is included in the total cost.
  • For European members paying directly to a British Bank: Ingrid Westin will invoice you and send you all the bank details.
  • For US members: Jennifer Looney will send you an invoice via PayPal. (You do NOT need a PayPal account. You do NOT need to log in to PayPal. PayPal is merely the intermediary in the payment. Just click the button to Pay with Debit/Credit Card, then enter your card information and submit.)
  • YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CONFIRMED, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS, ONLY AFTER YOUR FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Prices shown are per person (pp) for convention events and are computed in the online payment screen or invoice. Signup for the pre-convention Bletchley Park tour will be included in the total. The pre-convention tour to Windsor Castle and the post-convention tour to the Cotswolds must be booked and paid through the tour operator.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is not guaranteed until paid in full, and will only be refunded according to the following schedule.

CANCELLATION RECEIVED BY CANCELLATION FEE
On or before 5/31/24: No Cancellation Fee
6/1/24 – 6/30/24: Cancellation fee of 25%
7/1/24 – 7/31/24: Cancellation fee of 50%
On or after 8/1/24: NO REFUNDS
Note that registration fee of $80 is mandatory and non-refundable regardless of date.
Refund of the currency fluctuation fee will depend on whether currency exchange rates change and whether the cost of events is increased.
REGISTRATION / RESERVATION PROCESS – PLEASE READ!
After submitting your registration, the following steps will take place. Due to the volume of registrations, emails, and calls that are being received, any step may take up several days. Remember that most of these steps are managed by fellow members who have volunteered to help, who are not always tied to their computers, and who live in 4 different time zones with a 9-hour time difference. PLEASE BE PATIENT. There are only so many hours in a day.

  • After submitting your registration for the Wait List, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE if space becomes available.
  • Your registration will not be considered firm until you have paid in full.
  • After we receive your payment, we will send you instructions for booking a room at the hotel.
  • After we receive your payment, we will add your name to the attendee list on the website.
  • Wait List requests will be processed as space becomes available and in the order in which they are received.
