SUMMARY:Manhattan Spring Luncheon - 2019
DESCRIPTION:Manhattan Chapter Annual Spring Luncheon Fundraiser\nThursday\, May 9th at 11:30 am\nBattery Gardens Restaurant\n1 Battery Place (opposite 17 State Street\, on the water in Battery Park)\nNew York\, NY 10004\n\nThe Manhattan Chapter sincerely appreciates the many members of other chapters who attend our Spring Luncheon. Your participation helps support our largest fundraiser of the year. \nBelow\, you will find the luncheon invitation and reservation form. You will also find the reservation form attached as Word and PDF documents. \nAdditionally the following information regarding our seating policy will assist you in making your plans. \nTABLES: \nEach table seats 10. Requests for tables of 11 or 12 cannot be guaranteed. \nSEATING: \nGROUPS: A group consists of 2 or more people \nThe “Table Captain” system remains in place for any group of 2 to 10 people wishing to sit together. One person in the group serves as the Table Captain. S/he collects checks from everyone in the group and submits them together with a completed reservation form. \nINDIVIDUALS: Checks and reservation forms submitted individually will be assigned random seating where space allows. \nPLEASE NOTE: \n1) Checks received with a request to be seated “with Jane Doe” or at “Jane Doe’s table” cannot be honored. If you wish to sit with a friend(s) you must follow the procedure for “groups” listed above. \n2) For all groups\, only the Table Captain can make additions or subtractions to a table as only s/he knows who is to be seated at that table. \n3) Partial groups of less than 10 will be combined with other partial groups for a full complement of 10 at each table. \nYour compliance with the seating policy will help facilitate the challenging process of seating 200-300 luncheon attendees. We thank you in advance for your cooperation! \nManhattan Chapter\nWorld Wings International \nClick here for PDF Reservation Form\nClick here for Word Doc Reservation Form
