If you have not previously logged in on this site, you will need to reset the system-generated password that was set for you.
— Click the link “Forgot password” and enter your email address. Click the button to Request Password Reset.
— You will receive an email with a link. (If the email doesn’t show up in your inbox, wait a bit and check your spam folder.) IMPORTANT: If you have more than one email (because you requested a new password more than once) please use the MOST RECENT email.
— Click the link in the email. It opens a window where you will enter your new password (twice, to confirm). Your password must be of medium or strong strength.
— Once you’ve logged in, please take a moment to verify your information by clicking the Account link in the menu. Update your info as needed and click the Save/Update button at the bottom.
