WWI EVENT: Registration

Convention attendees who signed up for the Bletchley Park or Windsor Castle tours are encouraged to check in with the WWI team at the hotel on Wednesday. The registration tables will provide your WWI Welcome Bag, WWI Name Badge, WWI Event Credentials, WWI Schedule, etc.

WWI EXCURSION: Optional Pre-Convention Tour to Bletchley Park
LOCATION: Meet in the Hotel Leonardo London City Lobby
TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Day trip to Bletchley Park. Return at approximately 5:45 PM. Tickets must be purchased with convention registration.

WWI EXCURSION: Optional Pre-Convention Tour to Windsor Castle
LOCATION: Meet in the Hotel Leonardo London City Lobby
TIME: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Day trip via mini coach to Windsor Castle. Departs the hotel at 9:30 AM for Windsor and departs Windsor at 3:30 PM. Tickets are purchased from tour operator.

EVENT: WWI Annual Meeting & Charity Drawing
TIME: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Guests invited to join at approximately 11:30 AM)
LOCATION: Leonardo Hotel London City Auditorium
WWI Name Badges Required
Join us for the WWI Annual Meeting & International Charity Drawing. All members should be present. Delegates and Alternates are required to attend. After the business part of the meeting, guests are invited to join for the 2025 convention preview and drawing.

EVENT: Gala Dinner at Lincoln’s Inn
TIME: 5:15 PM – 10:30 PM
LOCATION: Board bus at front entrance of hotel,
WWI Name Badges Required
DRESS: City Chic; Jacket and Tie for men.
First bus departs at 5:15. Don’t be late! You can also take a taxi at your expense.
Drinks at 6:00 PM; Dinner at 7:00 PM.

EVENT: FREE TIME
TIME: All Day
Leisure, sightseeing, shopping, or just strolling. Walking shoes suggested.

WWI EVENT: Thames River Dinner Cruise
LOCATION: London City Hotel Front Entrance
TIME: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
ATTIRE: You will walk over cobblestones and onto a boat. Sensible shoes are suggested.
The Dixie Queen Paddle Steamer will depart from the Tower Millenium Pier promptly at 5:30 PM. DON’T BE LATE!
It is an 8-minute walk from the hotel, and we suggest leaving the hotel no later than 5 pm. London Chapter members will ‘guide’ the way to the boat.

LOCATION: Pickup at the Hotel Leonardo London City
TIME: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Day trip to the Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace, includes lunch. Return at approximately 6:30 PM. Tickets must be purchased through the tour company.
