I have never logged into the site before. How do I login?
When the website was set up, passwords were automatically generated for existing members. (Passwords are also automatically generated for new members.) If you have not already done so, you will need to set up a new password.

  1. Click the login link in the menu on the website.
  2. Click the link “Forgot password.”
  3. Enter your email address and click the button to Request Password Reset. (You will see a notification that your request has been submitted.)
  4. Check your email for an email from World Wings. (If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, wait a bit and check your spam folder.) NOTE: If you have more than one email (because you requested a new password more than once) please use the MOST RECENT email. Click the link in the email.
  5. In the screen that appears, enter your new password, twice, to make sure you typed it correctly. (Your password must be of medium or strong strength.) Click the Update Password button. You will see a screen indicating that your password has been reset.
How do I view or change my World Wings information?
Your account holds the contact information we use to communicate with you, as well as certain other information relevant to your experience with Pan Am. You can change most of that information, except for your username and email.

  1. Click the “My Account” link in the menu on the website.
  2. Verify the information and update as necessary.
  3. At the bottom, click the “Save” or “Update” button.

Your changes will be included in the next roster sent to your chapter president, treasurer, and communications coordinator. If you have changed your phone number, the update will be included in the next member directory. Rosters and the member directory are distributed monthly, on or about the first of the month.

Why can’t I change my username or email myself?
A change to your username requires administrative access. Because your email is also your username, we restrict changes to your email as well.

If you have changed your email, you can let us know by clicking the “Contact Us” link in the menu. In the Topics section, choose “Website Content” or “Communications” to direct your request to the webmaster. We may contact you to verify before taking any action.

Where can I find previous issues of Jet Wings, the Member Directory, World Wings Policies and Procedures, and the World Wings Bylaws?
  1. Click the Crew Lounge link in the menu. Login if you have not already done so.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see several labeled tabs.
  3. Click the tab of your choice.
  4. Click a link to open the document of your choice.
Where can I find the list of chapter treasurers?
  1. Click the Crew Lounge link in the menu. Login if you have not already done so.
  2. Click the purple button toward the top right of the page.
