How to Purchase 2025 Seattle Gala Tickets

• Each member is allowed to buy TWO discounted tickets (10% off regular price).
• Additional tickets are not discounted and must be purchased separately.
• Ticket with discount: $262.50 per person, Ticket without discount: $288.75 per person (Ticket prices include 5% entertainment tax charged by the city of Seattle)

ONLINE PURCHASE

• The Museum website works seamlessly with a system called JoinIt to manage membership data. When logging in to buy your discounted tickets, JoinIt will confirm your email and password.
• WWI members who have an email address and who renewed their WWI membership prior to May 1 should already have a record in JoinIt. Data for members who renew after May 1 will be uploaded weekly, between Friday and Sunday.
• WWI members who were already Museum members may already have a password in the JoinIt system. Others will prompted to set up a password.

OFFLINE PURCHASE

• Those without an email address must contact the Museum directly to purchase tickets.
• Those who do not wish to pay online must contact the Museum directly to purchase tickets.

ACCESS THE MUSEUM’S MEMBER PORTAL

• Hover your mouse over the “Support Us” option in the menu at the top of the screen.
• You will see a box with “Donations” “Contribute” “Membership”.
• In the Membership column, click on the MEMBER LOGIN button.

• World Wings members: Enter the same email that you use for World Wings
• Click the green button to look up the email.

• Make sure you are entering the correct email.
• Try again and check for typos.
• If you renewed your WWI membership within the last week or so, we may not yet have your information and you should try again after the weekend. Otherwise, contact WWI.

• You will see a notice to check your email.
• The system will send you an email to create a new password.

• You will see your membership status. Scroll down to see the login box.
• If you previously had a JoinIt membership with the Museum, enter that password OR
• If you have created a new password, enter the new password.
• Then click the LOGIN button. This takes you to the Member Info page.
• (If you have forgotten your password, click the link “Forgot Password”)

• If you are buying two tickets, click the little PLUS (+) sign in the General Admission box
• The discount should already be applied (10%)
• There is a 5% tax that will be paid to the city of Seattle ($12.50 per ticket)
• The total for a single discounted ticket is $262.50
• The total for two discounted tickets is $525.00
• Click the Checkout button

• Pay by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay
• Click the “Place Order Button”

• The screen may ask you to fill in your email and/or name.
• Click the Complete Order button.

• Download the tickets to your phone, or print them

• In the email, Eventbrite will display as the email sender
• The Subject will be: Order Confirmation for Across the Pacific
• Save the email!
• Open the email and click the “TAKE ME TO MY TICKETS” button
• Download the tickets to your phone or print them.

• Return to the “Upcoming Events” screen
• Follow the instructions. All the steps are the same. For discounted tickets, you may only order a maximum of TWO. Any additional tickets do NOT receive the discount.
