WORLD WINGS DISSOLUTION VOTE OVERVIEW

Voting Period Window: January 6 (official) – March 17, 2025 at 1300 EDT.
Deadline for Paper Ballots: A hard copy of the paper ballot must be submitted to, and collected by, a Proxy by March 17, 2025 at 1300 EDT to be verified and counted.
Voting Process: Each World Wings member is entitled to one (1) equally weighted vote, per our governing documents. Note that Honorary and Affiliate members are NOT eligible to vote.
Communication: On January 6, 2025 an email will be sent to all active members with 3 attachments outlining the voting process. (original signed copies are on file)

Attachment 2: Notice of Meeting which includes the WWI approval plan
Attachment 3: Memorandum regarding the Special Meeting and Voting Instructions

Please open and review the attached forms.
Please fill in the information requested on the proxy form (Your name, chapter, and address, the date, and the name of your proxy).
Return the proxy form to your designated proxy (in person, or as an email attachment, a text attachment, or by postal mail).

To vote in person during the Zoom, you must first register. Click the link below. Space is limited. If you are voting YES, please fill out the proxy form and send it to your chapter’s designated proxy holder or to anyone in the list of proxies, rather than attending in person. If you are voting NO, please register to attend the Zoom.
