• Registration is limited to active members of World Wings, former employees of Pan Am, and their guests.
  World Wings Members: On the registration form, include your chapter or MAL affiliation and your guest’s information if they are NOT a former PAA flight attendant. If you are sharing your cabin with a former PAA flight attendant, they must be an active member of WWI and must register separately. Enter their name on the “Cabin Mate” line of the registration. Do not enter them as a guest. Former Pan Am employees should enter “Former PA Employee” and their station/department.

• When you are ready, go to the bottom of the page and click the blue registration button. Required fields are marked with an asterisk *. If you do not fill out the required fields, you will not be able to submit. Scroll back up and look for an orange message regarding an incomplete entry. Be sure to check the “I’m Not a Robot” box. (Members who are logged into the site will not see the Robot message.)
• Please review your information for accuracy before submitting. We frequently see errors in names, phones, and emails, all of which require extra time figuring out how to contact you.
• If you register online, a copy of the registration will be sent to the email address you entered on the registration.
• The person registering pays for both self and guest. If you are sharing with a former PA F/A, they must complete a separate registration with the identical cabin category selected.
• Those registering online will receive a call from WWI member Monique Rounsavelle regarding credit card payments. Monique will make every effort to contact online registrants within two weeks after registration.

Prices shown are per person (pp) for double occupancy. Some cabins are available for single occupancy and are priced as noted below.
The cost of the stateroom does not include the registration fee or cruise insurance, both of which are additional charges.

Price includes Port Charges, Taxes, Fees, Gratuities, Classic Beverage Package, Unlimited Internet, In-Stateroom gift (1 per cabin), 2 Exclusive Cocktail Parties, WWI Welcome Bag, and All Meals. Note that specialty restaurants are charged separately, and the room service (except for continental breakfast) incurs an additional $9.95 delivery fee plus 20% gratuity.

REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE PRICING

• If registering online, the convention Registration Fee ($57) will be invoiced once we confirm that we have a cabin available for you. Please pay the registration fee promptly upon receipt of the invoice. If paying by check, please include the $57 fee in your first payment (Total = $807.00), and mail it in the envelope with your registration. Payment of the registration fee is mandatory and non-refundable. We cannot reserve your cabin without this payment.
• You will be charged for optional CruiseCare insurance shortly after the last cruise payment is due. See the pricing table for cost and payment schedule table for timing. When registering, please select Yes or No to indicate whether you will want to purchase CruiseCare insurance. Insurance payments are non-refundable.
• Residents of New York State will be handled on an individual basis for CruiseCare (AON Insurance).

• Upon Registration – $57 Registration Fee to be invoiced once we confirm that a cabin is available for you. Please pay the invoice promptly, and your registration is not confirmed until registration fee is paid.
• Cruise Payment 1: Within two weeks after receipt of registration and credit card info – $750
• Cruise Payment 2: March 17, 2025 – $750
• Cruise Payment 3:May 27, 2025 – Any remaining balance (does not include Registration Fee or CruiseCare Insurance)
• CruiseCare Insurance Payment: Within two weeks after final cruise payment is due.
• If you register after February 1, you will be billed for both the first and second payments.

If Submitting Registration Online:

• After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with your registration details. Please verify the information that you submitted, and let us know right away if anything needs to be changed.
• Once we confirm that we have a cabin available for you, we will email you an invoice for the registration fee ($57 per person). Please pay the invoice promptly, as your registration cannot be confirmed until the registration fee is paid.
• If you have indicated payment by credit card, we will be in touch with you to collect credit card information for payment of the cruise fare. You can anticipate that your card will be billed within two weeks after receipt of registration and credit card info.
• Do NOT send credit card information via email or text. If paying by check, please let us know when the check is mailed.

If Submitting Registration via Postal Mail: Please let us know when your registration is mailed. If you are paying by check, please include a check for the Registration Fee ($57) plus the first payment ($750), total $807. If you are paying for the cruise by credit card, include your check for the registration ($57), otherwise we will invoice you for the Registration Fee. If you are paying for the cruise by credit card, you can anticipate that your card will be billed within three weeks, or earlier if it is close to the next payment due date. Please, do NOT send credit card information via email or text.

Between 01/03/2025 – 03/02/2025 | $50.00 per person
Between 03/03/2025 – 05/02/2025 | $100.00 per person
Between 05/03/2025 – 07/02/2025 | $200.00 per person
Between 07/03/2025 – 08/02/2025 | Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cruise fare
On or after 8/03/22 – Cancellation fee 100% of the total cruise fare

• You will be sent a Pay Pal invoice for the non-refundable $57 registration fee.
• Your name will be entered on the attendee list on the website.
• WWI has a specific block of cabins to work with. We will pencil you into a cabin of the type you selected for your first or second choice (as available). To accommodate member needs and/or process waiting list requests, we may need to rearrange these “penciled-in” assignments.
• You will be contacted for your credit card information.
• We will provide your registration information to Celebrity. You will not be registered with Celebrity nor will your registration be considered firm until you have paid the $57 invoice for your registration fee.
• Celebrity will enter your information into their system and provide us with a Booking ID.
• We will email your stateroom number and Booking ID to you through wwiconvention2025@gmail.com
• Your card information will be provided to Celebrity and the first payment will be billed to your card per the payment schedule.
• Additional payments will be billed by Celebrity according to the payment schedule.
• Additional waitlist requests will be processed as available.
