Ft Lauderdale Cooking Demonstration and Luncheon

Lenore Nolan-Ryan has invited us to a cooking demonstration and luncheon at her newly opened school located on A1A in Fort
Lauderdale. She will demonstrate preparation of Earthgrain Rice Pilaf & Mustard Shallot Vinaigrette, and then serve:

Red or White Wine Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with Heritage
Greens, Fresh Berries, Goat Cheese Caramelized Nuts, Earthgrain Rice
Pilaf & Mustard Shallot Vinagrette
Espresso Dark Chocolate Mousse
Mandarin Orange Iced Tea, Sodas, Bubble & Still Water
Selection of wines & beer available based on consumption
